1. Develop and implement initiatives to promote and increase the use of sustainable coffee practices among farmers and local buying agents.
2. Plan, organize, and manage projects related to coffee sustainability.
3. Collaborate with different stakeholders (local government, company departments, farmers, local buying agents, certification bodies, etc.) to promote sustainable coffee farming practices.
4. Analyze and monitor data related to sustainable coffee programs/projects and impacts.
5. Monitor budgeting and timelines for initiatives and respond to changes and delays.
6. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.

1. Relevant Experience in coffee sustainability 4-5 years
2. Budget planning
3. Successful demonstration of Certification capacity addition RFA , 4C
4. Project management
5. Fluent in English and Vietnamese
6. Problem solving
7. Leadership and team management
