Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Shift Leader ($600, ID17037)
Manage production line
Monitor and supervise the effective and optimal use of human resources for production purposes, meeting production plan requirements.
Manage work in shifts, arrange labor appropriately, ensure improved production efficiency.
Ensure production progress according to plan.
Check and preserve equipment and machinery for effective use in production.
Manage and operate technical issues of the workshop.

Requirement
Male. Age: 30-45 years old
Graduated from university or higher with technical majors
Have 5 years of experience as a production shift leader at manufacturing companies.
