Olam Food Ingredients (ofi) is a global leader offering naturally good food & beverage ingredients and solutions. ofi commenced operations in Vietnam in 1997, setting up its representative office. ofi Vietnam is currently the largest exporter of Cashews, Pepper & Instant Coffee in Vietnam, investing in the state-of-the-art instant coffee facility and running 7 large factories with 7,500 employees across Central & South Vietnam. Overview of the position
We are seeking a talented and motivated individuals who are passionate about designing product packaging and ensuring safer and more convenient maintenance, transportation of products.
Key responsibilities
1. Execute assigned routine and basic tasks of the work area with exhibiting expertise:
Manage responsible themes of packaging development and collaborating with related departments in accordance with new product development procedure, quality assessment procedure;
Coordinate relevant information to unify strategy related to packaging development of responsible theme: expand the concept and analyze packaging survey with relevant departments;
Investigate new technology by making test or desk studies;
Acquire technology information with experts and suppliers to introduce to daily tasks or improvement;
2. Complete assigned tasks by coordinating the work with others in the team and collaborating/ coordinating with other teams, including supporting jobs

Experience & Qualification
Final year or fresher students in bachelor’s in Food Quality or Food Science or relevant fields.
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Working location: Mostly in Dong Nai Province, have shuttle bus service and remote working policy (2-3 days per week depending on tasks).
Must have good academic records.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be a team player and able to work well with others.
Must have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn.
